Shipping policy return to top
Orders placed between Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. If you have a rush order, please contact us at customerservice@sparrowandbull.com or 562-896-1213 to be certain we can complete it.
Shipping Costs
USPS Priority Mail shipping costs are based on the total number of items and UPS shipping costs are based on your choice of 2nd day or overnight delivery and the weight of all the goods combined.

Delivery for Local Customers

Return and Exchange policy return to top
Although we firmly believe that you will love the items that we have handpicked, we understand that “stuff happens” and that there may be a rare instance when you may need to return or exchange a non-sale item.
You may return non-sale items that are unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached within 14 days from date of receipt for a complete refund (less shipping and gift wrap fees) to the same credit card on which it was purchased.
You can also exchange your non-sale items that are unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached or be issued a store credit up to 30 days after you received the original purchase.
Sale items may only be returned for store credit up to 14 days from date of receipt.
If returning your purchase via USPS please return it well-packed and insured for the full price of the item(s). Include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase and ship it to the following address: Sparrow and Bull, PO Box 3394, Long Beach CA 90803. If you prefer to ship a return via UPS or FedEx please contact us at customerservice@sparrowandbull.com so we can provide you with a street address.
Please note that for exchanges you can simply indicate the new item you want in it’s place on the invoice and we will ship it to you upon receipt of the original item, also, shipping charges will apply. Out of Stock Policy
If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order. We will inform you via e-mail, and we will do our best to fulfill your order. If this is not satisfactory, we will give you a full refund.
Reporting damaged shipments
Please e-mail us at customerservice@sparrowandbull.com or call us immediately at 562-896-1213 and we will process a claim and/or replacement. Sparrow and Bull MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
